The staff at MasterTech Environmental are polite, prompt, and professional. Their inspector visited our home, explained their services clearly, and provided a comprehensive proposal before leaving. The remediation crew arrived on time, kept us informed on their progress, and effectively remediated the mold in my attic. They treated us and our home with respect and care. I bought this older home and the basement was so bad I didn’t even want to go into it .It was the worst I have ever seen and the mildew was terrible.And the basement was full with junk.The beat thing I ever did was to hire Master Tech to clean it out. I would recommend master text to anybody as they did a fantastic job vacuumed everything out got rid of all the garbage no more smells I have no trouble going down anymore. Again from a 1 to 10 master tech is a 15. Their people are courteous and do a fantastic job

Mold is a real health issue for me, so I was very upset to discover it in the home I had just purchased. I am so glad I chose MasterTech Environmental for the mold remediation. Everyone I encountered exhibited the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and respectful compassion. Explanations were so thorough that I had few questions afterward. They were quick to begin the work and when done, aside from the obvious treatment areas, there was no sign they had been there. The job was excellently done and they did what it took to make me feel comfortable about the whole process and outcome. I couldn't be more grateful to them.

If anyone is ever in need of a mold remediation or clean up company we just had a great experience with MasterTech! I took a chance based on the great ratings they had on all the different ratings sites I checked out. Turns out they are a franchise, but this was the original. They were in the attic for three days! The team was so sweet and super polite, we just felt very comfortable with them. Of course our dogs loved them! They each got a little loving as the guys would go back & forth to their truck throughout the day. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

They did a phenomenal job, and cleaned up very well after themselves. My house was left spotless. The workers were very nice, too. They took time after the job was completed to show me everything they did and explain how to keep the room moisture free.

I googled/called many companies and MasterTech was without a doubt the right call after the job was done.It was an excellent experience working with MasterTech Environmental and their whole team for an inspection and remediation on a property I am helping manage. Through the entire job (multiple appointments), they were 100% professional (timely written estimates, updates, follow-ups). The inspectors and team were always on-time, courteous, and respectful of your home. It made this process much less stressful.Also, they are very knowledgable in the field and actually helpful, their inspectors were happy to answers all of my questions. They explained what was being done and the process behind it, educating me around this topic so I knew what was going on.100% recommend using the MasterTech team.

I do extensive due diligence when hiring any contractor and I have high expectations. I rarely write reviews as meeting my expectations does not really warrant praise. However Mastertech’s technicians exceeded my expectations remediating a mold issue in my home caused by a leaky pipe in the wall. They expertly contained the work area to prevent spreading contamination and removed all infected materials and thoroughly cleaned what remained. They worked diligently, quietly and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Good job!

Quick, Profession and Reasonably Priced! I had windows leaking and causing damage to my home. I wanted to make sure my family was safe from harmful molds so had some testing done. Tom was very informative and professional. I had my results in less than a week! Highly Recommend to anyone!

When the unit next to my rental property flooded and damaged my property Mastertech took care of the tear out and mold remediation. From start to finish they were professional, timely and quick to answer any concerns I had. I checked with Servpro in the area for a quote and Mastertech beat them by thousands of dollars. Do not hesitate to use them, I will recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had to have mold remediation done in my crawl space and behind my air handler unit in my laundry room. Absolutely Excellent Company And Staff!!! Addressed all of my concerns, explained every step of the diagnosis and remediation process. Excellent pricing, staff was on time, polite, cleaned up everything after remediation. Staff did not leave until everything was taken care of. Work done was immaculate!! They follow up after the work is completed, address any and all questions and concerns. Very nice and polite customer service, mold remediation removal was done by very knowledgeable and experienced technicians, they arrived before the scheduled appointment time,before they began to work they explained each stage of the removal procedure, talk about good theme work, protected my personal belongings by ceiling off the work area like a Cancun keeping all contaminants contained. When done there was no mold visible and everything was very clean,yes would recommend to anyone who has mold problem.

For quite sometime my wife Maureen and I had acute sinusitis. She said, "the house is making us sick". Finally after months of doctor visits and medication Maureen decided we should check our basement. Why we did this was because we had a water problem 2 summers prior and XYZ Company did the water cleanup. Well to my dismay we detected some mold in the corners. We immediately contacted Master Tech Environmental due their internet quality reviews. Mr. Tom Duff visited the same evening. He went right to the basement and in no time discovered black mold which was under the linoleum in our partially finished side. The test equipment detected numbers that were ridiculous and sickening. Tom discussed in detail what his team of professional would do and how we would be well protected after the mold remediation. We schedule the cleanup.A team of 5 members, headed by Tony arrived shortly after receiving the proposal and contract. There was no holding the crew back. Tony and Mark walked me through their program which took four days.Not once did they slow down working as a team they completely emptied the base of years of clutter on one side and a complete array of desks, computer equipment, bookcases filled with hardback, paperback and audio books all which was lost to the mold. Not only did we lose the office in its entirety but seasonal clothes and coats, decorations etc. What a disaster.For the better part of two days they removed everything from the basement. Only certain items were able to be kept. Oh boy!The came the mold removal process. The team completely set up a plastic chamber from the entry door to the cellar steps. Over the next two days they went about the remediation. What a task at hand. The team did an awesome job. Afterwards, a walk through and discussion of all that had been cleaned was led by Tony. What a job that they did.That was not the last of Master Tech. Just this month we had another homeowner issue which resulted in a flooded basement. After calling the insurance company, the Horizon and Delmonte Waste Removal, I called Tom at Master Tech.Tom promised me he would have a team to my house that day. Thankfully Tony and Mark arrived around 4:00 and went right to work. Four hours later and looking a little tired, they had the fans and dehumidifier running full speed to dry out the waterless basement. If not for them I do believe my wife would have traded me and the house in for a glass of wine.Thank you Tom, Tony, Mark and the mold team! Oh and thanks go to Master Tech for being a class operation.Tom you saved us twice. You are aces.Len & Maureen Yovnello

If your concern is to have the mold in your house thoroughly cleaned and guaranteed, look no further than Mastertech Environmental. What a fabulous company to work with! Mastertech was incredible! We had some water issues with our new home and we were very concerned about potential mold problems. I have serious health issues and couldn't take any chances. I made so many calls and researched so many remediation companies and after investigating MasterTech and learning of their extensive training and credentials it was clear they were the company for us! Diane and Tom were so friendly and accommodating to the ever-changing scheduling problems that arose as a result of continuous weather delays. They were always available and took the time to explain every step of the remediation process.We were faced with a stressful and very upsetting situation but after putting our trust in them we now can look back and know it was handled properly and thanks to all their efforts we now have piece of mind that we are safe in our new home! He not only explained all the work, but his engineering expertise uncovered several other dangerous trouble spots for us - answered why house was sinking/revealed vents opened by previous owner, causing needless payment for ac and heat of a large storage area for 20 years, need for retaining wall outside to stop water entering foundation, etc. (MasterTech could not make all corrections, but alerted us to the need, and told us what was not necessary to do!) Tom also helped us file for insurance, and most of the cost was covered!The crew - 3 men, were always prompt, courteous, very clean, and communicative. They sealed my inside crawl space entrance, and did all their work through a small opening in the foundation. They even replanted a bush that had to be moved, and watered it each day! The crawl space is pristine! We are very pleased.

A couple weeks before we were expecting our third child, I found mold while cleaning out our master bedroom closet. This discovery was quite alarming as we also have 2 younger children in our home. Because the mold was black in color and we did not know the toxicity level, we thought it best that me (pregnant) and our 2 children reside elsewhere until we had the proper testing performed. After some research online, my husband came across MasterTech Environmental, which has stellar reviews on various websites. My husband spoke with the owner, Tom Duff, directly. Upon hearing of our dire circumstances, Tom committed to performing the assessment the very next day. My husband and Tom did a whole house walk-through to fully assess any damage and identity potential causes. After inspection, additional mold was identified in our garage & attic. Remediation options and the amount of time needed to complete the job were discussed. It was further explained that when the job was complete, air samples would be collected to assess that all mold was removed and the air within our home was safe to breathe. Tom & his team did an OUTSTANDING job. Their PROFESSIONAL manner and EXPERTISE was beyond our expectations. They arrived ON TIME every day, going above and beyond to ensure that our family was taken care of and the job was done CORRECTLY. Tom followed-up, as promised, and the results of the air quality test were delivered next day (no harmful mold spores present). We just wanted to say thank you for your prompt delivery of services for mold removal in our kitchen and basement. It is reassuring to know that a company cares so much about our personal needs. I own an old colonial style home that had a serious mold problem in the basement. Tom was out the same day I called and had his crew there the next day. I do not write reviews but to remiss such a truly wonderful company in today’s dishonest world would be a big oversight sharing with others in need of a reputable, honest, integrity driven company that has the skill and expertise from the initial contact to the completion of the work this company stands behind. So lacking in companies today especially in this field that is driven by greed, distrust and sub-par workman & craftsmanship. From the initial call and an urgent situation that was halted for 9 months due to other remediation specialists deceitful run around, Tom without hesitation and not knowing what he was up against, turned a nightmare situation at our beach house that was flooded and locked up into a calm thoughtful process. He responded immediately to our initial call and put us at ease from the first contact. He takes immediate action, from dealing with the insurance company and making it a priority to take the stress off of the customer. He explained in great detail what needed to be done step by step and provided his certificates, insurance and guarantee that MasterTech stands behind.
I had the opportunity over the past months to learn, investigate and educate myself in the water & mold industry after months of hell. Be skeptical of fraudulent remediation specialists in the market. I found out the hard way. Many remediation specialists claim they use specific products only to find out they didn’t use the product quoted in scope of work or complete the work 100% while charging outrageous hidden fee’s. This hides the issue causing more damage and harm later on. They simply do not care about your health, finances or you as a person. It was a pleasure to work with Tom and his crew at MasterTech. They did a phenomenal job doing clean up of our crawl space and attic. They were very professional, honest and courteous and they knew the mold remediation business very well unlike the 3 other companies I got in touch with who just cared about the money. MasterTech guarantees their job so they do quality work. We were selling our house in Cherry Hill and they were very helpful providing certificates and tests to guarantee their job. It was in the summer when they had to go down the crawl space and attic to clean up and they took their time to clean it thoroughly..without complaints. The Mold problem in the finished basement (where I spend most of the day), was so bad , that I seriously considered selling the house if the problem could not be resolved.Like most new contractors, I found Master Tech through Angie's list.After interviewing 3 mold remediation contractors, I selected Master Tech because of their high rate of satisfaction and willingness to guarentee elimination of mold.I have had a lot of experiance with contrators after completly renovating a condo in South Florida.MasterTech proved to be the MOST relivable and profesional of all!Workers showed up on time and left the space cleaner than when they first arrived.Many months later, no more mold, smell or respiratory problems.After the completion and full payment of the job, one of the dehumidifier supplied was defective. MasterTech quickly supplied a brand new unit and returned the defective unit to manufacturer.I feel confident that they will continue to respond if I have any future issues.

I bought this older home and the basement was so bad I didn’t even want to go into it .It was the worst I have ever seen and the mildew was terrible.And the basement was full with junk.The beat thing I ever did was to hire Master Tech to clean it out. I would recommend master text to anybody as they did a fantastic job vacuumed everything out got rid of all the garbage no more smells I have no trouble going down anymore. Again from a 1 to 10 master tech is a 15. Their people are courteous and do a fantastic job

Mold is a real health issue for me, so I was very upset to discover it in the home I had just purchased. I am so glad I chose MasterTech Environmental for the mold remediation. If anyone is ever in need of a mold remediation or clean up company we just had a great experience with MasterTech! I took a chance based on the great ratings they had on all the different ratings sites I checked out. Turns out they are a franchise, but this was the original. They were in the attic for three days! The team was so sweet and super polite, we just felt very comfortable with them. Of course our dogs loved them! They each got a little loving as the guys would go back & forth to their truck throughout the day. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

I googled/called many companies and MasterTech was without a doubt the right call after the job was done.It was an excellent experience working with MasterTech Environmental and their whole team for an inspection and remediation on a property I am helping manage. I do extensive due diligence when hiring any contractor and I have high expectations. I rarely write reviews as meeting my expectations does not really warrant praise. However Mastertech’s technicians exceeded my expectations remediating a mold issue in my home caused by a leaky pipe in the wall. They expertly contained the work area to prevent spreading contamination and removed all infected materials and thoroughly cleaned what remained. They worked diligently, quietly and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Good job!

For quite sometime my wife Maureen and I had acute sinusitis. She said, "the house is making us sick". Finally after months of doctor visits and medication Maureen decided we should check our basement. Why we did this was because we had a water problem 2 summers prior and XYZ Company did the water cleanup. Well to my dismay we detected some mold in the corners. We immediately contacted Master Tech Environmental due their internet quality reviews. Mr. Tom Duff visited the same evening. He went right to the basement and in no time discovered black mold which was under the linoleum in our partially finished side. The test equipment detected numbers that were ridiculous and sickening. Tom discussed in detail what his team of professional would do and how we would be well protected after the mold remediation. We schedule the cleanup.A team of 5 members, headed by Tony arrived shortly after receiving the proposal and contract. There was no holding the crew back. Tony and Mark walked me through their program which took four days.Not once did they slow down working as a team they completely emptied the base of years of clutter on one side and a complete array of desks, computer equipment, bookcases filled with hardback, paperback and audio books all which was lost to the mold. Not only did we lose the office in its entirety but seasonal clothes and coats, decorations etc. What a disaster.For the better part of two days they removed everything from the basement. Only certain items were able to be kept. Oh boy!The came the mold removal process. The team completely set up a plastic chamber from the entry door to the cellar steps. Over the next two days they went about the remediation. What a task at hand. The team did an awesome job. Afterwards, a walk through and discussion of all that had been cleaned was led by Tony. What a job that they did.That was not the last of Master Tech. Just this month we had another homeowner issue which resulted in a flooded basement. After calling the insurance company, the Horizon and Delmonte Waste Removal, I called Tom at Master Tech.Tom promised me he would have a team to my house that day. Thankfully Tony and Mark arrived around 4:00 and went right to work. Four hours later and looking a little tired, they had the fans and dehumidifier running full speed to dry out the waterless basement. If not for them I do believe my wife would have traded me and the house in for a glass of wine.Thank you Tom, Tony, Mark and the mold team! We had our crawl space treated for mold. It was a tough job, in an unpleasant space. The owner Tom was invaluable. He not only explained all the work, but his engineering expertise uncovered several other dangerous trouble spots for us - answered why house was sinking/revealed vents opened by previous owner, causing needless payment for ac and heat of a large storage area for 20 years, need for retaining wall outside to stop water entering foundation, etc. (MasterTech could not make all corrections, but alerted us to the need, and told us what was not necessary to do!) Tom also helped us file for insurance, and most of the cost was covered!The crew - 3 men, were always prompt, courteous, very clean, and communicative. They sealed my inside crawl space entrance, and did all their work through a small opening in the foundation. They even replanted a bush that had to be moved, and watered it each day! The crawl space is pristine! We are very pleased.

A couple weeks before we were expecting our third child, I found mold while cleaning out our master bedroom closet. This discovery was quite alarming as we also have 2 younger children in our home. Because the mold was black in color and we did not know the toxicity level, we thought it best that me (pregnant) and our 2 children reside elsewhere until we had the proper testing performed. After some research online, my husband came across MasterTech Environmental, which has stellar reviews on various websites. My husband spoke with the owner, Tom Duff, directly. Upon hearing of our dire circumstances, Tom committed to performing the assessment the very next day. My husband and Tom did a whole house walk-through to fully assess any damage and identity potential causes. After inspection, additional mold was identified in our garage & attic. Remediation options and the amount of time needed to complete the job were discussed. It was further explained that when the job was complete, air samples would be collected to assess that all mold was removed and the air within our home was safe to breathe. Tom & his team did an OUTSTANDING job. Their PROFESSIONAL manner and EXPERTISE was beyond our expectations. They arrived ON TIME every day, going above and beyond to ensure that our family was taken care of and the job was done CORRECTLY. Tom followed-up, as promised, and the results of the air quality test were delivered next day (no harmful mold spores present). We had our crawl space treated for mold. It was a tough job, in an unpleasant space. The owner Tom was invaluable. He not only explained all the work, but his engineering expertise uncovered several other dangerous trouble spots for us - answered why house was sinking/revealed vents opened by previous owner, causing needless payment for ac and heat of a large storage area for 20 years, need for retaining wall outside to stop water entering foundation, etc. (MasterTech could not make all corrections, but alerted us to the need, and told us what was not necessary to do!) Tom also helped us file for insurance, and most of the cost was covered!
The crew - 3 men, were always prompt, courteous, very clean, and communicative. They sealed my inside crawl space entrance, and did all their work through a small opening in the foundation. They even replanted a bush that had to be moved, and watered it each day! The crawl space is pristine! I highly recommend this company!
