From the initial appointment setup by Diane, to the inspection by Tom Duff who explained the entire process from start to finish and answered any and all questions I had before the project started. On the first day as confirmation, Tony again explained the remediation process step-by-step, including the time it would take to complete the job, which was 4 days excluding any issues, and that’s EXACTLY how long it took.
Although the job was completed on schedule, the detailed explanation by Tom, and Tony, along with my research of the company from your website, which included reviewing the testimonials of your work, I was completely confident that the job would be done right the first time.
Tony, Mark and the rest of the crew (Sorry I forgot the other techs names) all did a super job. Even the rooms upstairs were vacuumed, and left with a nice scent afterwards, which I didn’t expect, but I appreciated very much.
I’m totally at a loss for one word to describe the entire experience, so I’ll give you one that comes to mind. AWESOME!!!!
